At Kraus Jeans, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your denim within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn jeans in the original packaging along with the invoice and ensure all brand tags are attached.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
